LIABILITY. The seller, @sparkling_hyuck, will not be responsible for any damage to the buyer's items when it is shipped to the seller's address via the supplier or to the buyer's address. No damage incurred during shipment will be shouldered by the host or seller. In addition, any lost or missing parcel is not the seller’s responsibility. Rest assured that items are being handled and packed with utmost care and packaging.LATE FEES. A day late past the given DOP results to a fee of PHP 20.00 per day. PAYO orders must pay within 2 days upon receiving notice to fully secure and claim the item. Otherwise, your slot will be forfeited and your order will be canceled.DELIVERY & SHIPMENT. Mode of delivery will be further identified once the products or items are onhand. No rushing of orders as they will be shipped according to schedule. Shipment days will also be specified. Buyers will be informed if there will be any delay in shipment either from the supplier or from the seller’s address.PAYMENT. Mode of payment will be via GCASH. The amount of the item stated in the claiming tweet is not inclusive of PF and LSF unless stated otherwise. PF ranges only from PHP 15-25. LSF will be determined based on the buyer’s choice of delivery courier. Full payment means item’s price, PF, and LSF.CANCELLATION. Cancellation of order is NOT allowed upon filling up this form. Cancellation means payment of 50% of the price of the total order. Inability to pay for cancellation shall result to being posted as a BOGUS BUYER and will have his or her personal information posted.
